SIDKICK needs its database keys

Copy .env.example to .env.local and fill in your Supabase project URL and publishable key (Supabase → Project settings → API). Use the project in the Canada (Central) region. Then restart npm run dev.

On Vercel, add the same values under Project → Settings → Environment Variables.
